WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Our current order processing time is 1-2 weeks. For pre-orders, the items will ship at the time indicated on their listing. Thank you so much for your patience with us during this time! During holidays, please allow for longer processing time due to the high order volume. Once shipped, you'll be emailed a tracking number.

During our summer months, please keep an eye on your tracking number to minimize the length of time your package spends in the box on your doorstep. We are unable to replace items due to melting.

CAN I PURCHASE A PRE-ORDER ITEM AND AN ITEM IN STOCK AT THE SAME TIME?

Pre-order items must be ordered separately from other items in stock. This allows you to receive other products prior to pre-orders and separate shipping rates.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

IF I ORDER A MYSTERY BOOK, HOW CAN I GET ONE THAT I DON'T ALREADY HAVE?

Feel free to leave a link to your Good Reads profile in the comment section at checkout or send us an email that includes a picture of your bookshelf and order number to try and avoid receiving a book that you already have!

CAN I CANCELL MY PRE- ORDER?

Pre-orders are final sale. For pre-orders, any cancellations requests must be emailed within 48 hours of purchasing. Unfortunately, cancellations will not be made after 48 hours.
